Diagnosis	Diagnosis: Un Atractus con 17 hileras dorsales, relacionado con el A. badius del cual se distingue por tener más numerosas escamas ventrales: 174 (contra 146 a 157 en los dos sexos de A. badius) y menos número de subcaudales.
