CommentHabitat: fully arboreal (Harrington et al. 2018).

Types: The original description by Nutaphand 1985 did not designate a holotype and was thus based on two syntypes. Specimen number two seemingly was the primary basis of the description, and was therefore designated as lectotype by Nutphand et al. 1991. 
EtymologyThe species was named. by contraction, for its collector, Mr. Buntot Saengmahasom.
