CommentNot listed by GRANDISON 1977 or DAS 1996.

The “description” of B. siamensis by Nutaphand only contains a name in a table and a photo with the name “Boiga siamensis”. Nowhere does it state that it is a new species and there are no characters provided. There is a number (perhaps catalogue?) of 1692/351 next to the name on p. 61.

Synonymy: Boiga ocellata has been synonymized with B. siamensis by PAUWELS et al. (2005). The author name on the book is “Nootpand”, not Nutaphand, although this author is usually cited as the latter.

NCBI taxonID: 1774204 [ocellata]

Habitat: fully arboreal (Harrington et al. 2018).
