TypesHolotype: ZFMK 62909, adult male, collected by E GLAW, D. RAKOTOMALALA and E RANAIVOJAONA, February 1996. Paratype: ZFMK 62882, adult female, same locality and collector as holotype, November 1995 
EtymologyNamed after Frank Glaw, German herpetologist.
