Diagnosis | Diagnosis: Cnemaspis nuicamensis differs from all other southeast Asian Cnemaspis in having the unique combination of a maximum SVL of 47.5 mm; 8 supralabials; 6 or 7 infralabials; scales of anterior portion of forearm weekly keeled; smooth ventral scales; no femoral pores; 4–6 precloacal pores; no linearly arranged row of tubercles on the flanks; caudal tubercles restricted to a single paravertebral row on each side of the midline and an anterior, ventrolateral row; subcaudals smooth with a slightly enlarged median row; two cloacal tubercles; no shield-like subtibial scales; subtibial scales smooth; enlarged sub- metatarsal scales beneath first metatarsal; 30–32 subdigital lamellae on fourth toe; no distinct, large, dark spots on neck and back; no white markings on flanks; dark, caudal bands not encircling tail; and posterior 25% of tail not white.
