Diagnosis | Diagnosis: A small (<40 mm SVL), short-legged, shallow-headed, arboreal Cryptoblepharus, distinguished from Australian congeners by combination of usually having: five supraciliary scales; 24 mid-body scale rows; 50 paravertebral scales; callused, pale, ovate plantar scales; and moderately broad, ragged-edged, pale dorsolateral stripes.
