Type locality: Tambellup, in 34° 02’ S, 117° 38’ E, W. A.

TypesHolotype: WAM R1333, unsexed adult 
DiagnosisDiagnosis: A member of the taeniolatus group with 11 (regionally 12) pale lines and stripes, and nasals and prefrontals separated (Storr 1974: 90).
