Comment | Limb morphology: 5 digits, 5 toes (Singhal et al. 2018, Cogger 2014) Synonymy: this is a synonym of C. taeniolatus; G. Shea (pers. comm., 5 March 2021) is unable to distinguish the two species - all of the characters proposed by Czechura & Wombey break down - they occur randomly in various combinations across the range of what are otherwise northern NSW taeniolatus. |
Etymology | Named after Eurydice, the wife of Orpheus in Greek mythology. The describers say that "the name was arbitrarily chosen." |
