Diagnosis | Diagnosis: Cyrtodactylus sangi sp. nov. can be distinguished from all other congeners by its small size (maximal known SVL of 56.3 mm); dorsal tubercles in 19–21 irregular rows at midbody; 37 midbody scale rows across belly between ventrolateral skin folds; presence of a continuous angular series of seven pore-bearing (male) or four pitted (female) enlarged precloacal scales, separated by a diastema of undifferentiated scales from four poreless and pitless enlarged femoral scales on each side; absence of precloacal groove; absence of transversely enlarged median subcaudal scales; and a highly irregular banded dorsal pattern.
