DistributionPhilippines (Mindanao, Leyte, Dinagat)

Type locality: Bunauan, Agusan Province, Mindanao.
Neotype locality: Agusan del Sur Province, Municipality of San Francisco, Barangay Bagusan II, Mt. Magdiwata (350 m), Mindanao Island, Philippines (approximately 75 km N of the type locality).

TypesNeotype: KU 320014, male; Holotype originally in BSP (= Bureau of Sciences, Philippine Islands), destroyed in WWII. 
DiagnosisDiagnosis: “Dorsal granules intermixed with numerous large conical or trihedral tubercles, 9 or 10 irregular longitudinal rows on each side; males and females with preanal and femoral pores, those of the female much smaller; preanal pores arranged in a broadly angular series, 5 or 6 on each side; tubercles on the tail arranged in whorls.” (Taylor 1915: 90)
