Diagnosis | Diagnosis: A moderately small species of Delma (SVL up to 88mm) with modally 14 midbody scales, two pairs of supranasals and relatively plain colouration apart from variegated ventrolateral scales on forebody. Adults lack any trace of dark markings on head or neck. Differs from the otherwise similar D.boreain lower modal midbody scale count, typically the third supralabial positioned below the eye, absence of pattern on head and neck in adults and longer hindlimb flaps in both sexes. |
