| Diagnosis | Diagnosis: The present species differs from all other species of Dibamus in the following combination of characters: median rostral suture incomplete; labial suture complete; nasal suture complete; scales bordering posterior edge of first infralabial three; postoculars two; midbody scale rows 23; subcaudals 59; presacral vertebrae 140.
