Type locality: tropical forest on Kondao Island, (formerly Pulo Condore; alt. 500 m), S Vietnam.

DiagnosisDiagnosis: The present species differs from all other species of Dibamus in the following combination of characters: median rostral suture incomplete; labial suture complete; nasal suture complete; scales bordering posterior edge of first infralabial three; postoculars two; midbody scale rows 23; subcaudals 59; presacral vertebrae 140. (Honda et al. 2001)

CommentMost closely resembles D. deharvengi in having an incomplete median rostral suture and a complete nasal suture. However, it differe in having a complete labial suture, and other characters.

Abundance: only known from the type locality (Meiri et al. 2017).
