CommentWe do not have the paper, hence no information. Here is what Poyarkov responded to our request: “With the illegal and unprovoked Russian invasion to Ukraine having no end in sight, I think it is morally unacceptable to read publications by Russian authors published in Russian journals, not to mention that they should not be featured in the Reptile Database. Therefore I see no reason to share this publication with you and as a corresponding author of this paper, I do not support featuring my scientific contributions in the database you are managing” (N. Poyarkov, pers. comm., 1 July 2025)
