Type locality: 25 km W Viransehir (Prov. Urfa, Turkey), ca. 700 m elevation

DiagnosisDiagnosis: Eine mittelgroße Eirenis mit 15 Dorsalia um die Rückenmitte; Frenale vorhanden, liegt fast stets nur auf dem 2. Supralabiale; 8 Infralabialia; 2 Postocularia; meist 1-2-3 Temporalia; meist trennt 1 Gulare die hinteren Inframaxillaria (Genialia) und berührt die vorderen Inframaxillaria ; dunkle Internasalbänder, Interokularbänder und Parietalbänder (erreichen die Supralabialia!) vorhanden, z. T. miteinander verschmolzen; Halsband auffallend kurz, überragt kaum die Höhe der Mundspalte; Rücken einfarbig bräunlich, seltener dunkel gefleckt. (Schmidtler & Schmidtler 1978)
