Diagnosis | Diagnosis: An Emoia allied to E. nigra, from which it is distinguished by having a higher number of subdigital lamellae, parietal fused with interparietals, prefrontals normally forming a suture, temporals 2-2 instead of 2-3, and a bright yellow throat, distinct in color from the rest of the venter [from SCHMIDT 1932].
