Type locality: “Hall Sound”

TypesHolotype: AMS (AM) R31861 (formerly MAMU R75, MR518), Hall Sound, New Guinea. Described from a single specimen, but this specimen treated as lectotype by Brown (1991), who discusses the issue of the identity of the primary type.
