DistributionPapua New Guinea (Bismarcks), Solomons, Vanuatu (Torres and Banks, Espiritu Santo, Malo, Aore, Aoba, Pentecost, Ambrym, Malakula, Epi, Efate, Erromango, Tanna), Admirality Islands, Santa Cruz, Hiu island

Type locality: “Oualan” (Kosrae Island), Caroline Islands (in error, Brown, 1991).

TypesHolotype: MNHN-RA 2909, Oualan (= Kosrae), Caroline Islands, collected Lesson & Garnot.
Holotype: ZMB 14654 [dahlii] 
Diagnosis 
Comment(Erroneously?) Reported from Queensland by SMITH 1937.

Habitat: on shrubs and vines up to about 2 m above ground.
