Type locality: Auyantepui, Estado Bolivark, Venezuela.  
Reproductionoviparous (not imputed, fide Zimin et al. 2022) 
TypesHolotype: AMNH 61019, female, collected by W.H. Phelps, on 2 April 1938. Paratype: MBUCV 3049
