Comment
Etymology“This species, perhaps the finest Somalian Hemidactylus, is respectfully dedicated by its collector Prof. A. M. Simonetta and by the author to the memory of their friend R. Bavazzano, technician of the Istituto Botanico dell'Universita of Florence, an enthusiast and skilled botanist whose research greatly improved our knowledge on the East African flora.”
