Diagnosis | Diagnosis: Habitus as in Ichnotropis capensis, to which it is closely allied. Hind leg not reaching axilla; head shields very rugose; frontonasd undivided; an occipital; a supraloreal between the frontonasal and the anterior loreal; an auricular shield. Anterior border of frontal square (Schmidt 1919: 508). Comment | Distribution: Not listed by BROADLEY & POYNTON 1998 for the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Zaire). Beside the type from Aba (DRC), only known from 2 other specimens collected by Schouteden in Adra (DRC) (M. van den Berg, pers. comm., 7 Oct 2017). Abundance: only known from the type locality (Meiri et al. 2017). |
