Diagnosis | Diagnosis (genus): Smooth scales, nasal scales in contact; 25 scale rows at mid-body, eight upper labials, upper labials 2–3 contact loreal. Etymology | Named after the type locality Kuala Tahan, at the confluence of the Tembeling and Tahan Rivers, Pahang, peninsular Malaysia. Gender of the genus is neutral. |
