Type locality: “Semangko Pass, Selangor-Pahang boundary” [The Gap at Fraser’s Hill, Pahang, Peninsular Malaysia, 1700 feet].  
Reproductionoviparous 
TypesHolotype: BMNH 1946.8.5.56 (formerly 1903.4.13.63), collected by Annandale & Robinson. 
Diagnosis 
CommentLimb morphology: Limbs reduced with only 1 toe (no hind-legs) and 2 vestigial fingers.

Type: not in BMNH (P. Campbell, pers. comm., 7 July 2014).
