Type locality: Blackbone 1 Cave, 1 .2 km S Barrio de Barahona. Municipio de Morovis, Puerto Rico. Late Pleistocene.

Diagnosis 
CommentConservation: Extinct. Only known from fossil remains. Pregill 1981 referred several skeletal elements to this species.
