Diagnosis | Diagnosis: Distinguished from all other members of the L. nigricans group by its paired parietal bones (Fig. 5B). Middorsals 209-267; subcaudals 19-27. Total length/ diameter ratio 40-76; total length/tail length ratio 9.5-15.5. Colouration uniform dark brown, rarely with white chin and throat.
