DistributionAustralia (Queensland: Between Clermont and Cagella, CQ, within the area 22°50-23°06'S and 147 38-147°54'E.)

Type locality: Retro Station, Capella, central Qld.

TypesHolotype: QM J6180 
DiagnosisDIAGNOSIS: A large (maximum snout-vent length 88) Lerista with a movable eyelid; foreleg absent (usually represented by a shallow depression); and hindleg with one, clawed digit. See diagnosis of L. colliveri for further differences from that species. 
CommentAbundance: this is one of the species called “lost” and “rediscovered” by Lindken et al. 2024.
