TypesHolotype: WAM 96771. 
Diagnosis 
CommentAbundance: only known from the type locality (Meiri et al. 2017).

Limb morphology: 5 digits, 5 toes 
EtymologyFrom the Latin vidua (a widow), plus the suffix -atus (pertaining to), in reference to the dark color. (G. Shea, pers. comm., 9 Feb 2024)
