Type locality: Bolivia, Chacaltaya, nr. La Paz, 1700 m elevation.

Diagnosis 
CommentAbundance: only known from the type specimen (Meiri et al. 2017).

Distribution: see map in Langstroth 2021: 124 (Fig. 6). 
EtymologyNamed after Dr. WaIter Forster (1910-1986), German entomologist who worked at Zoologische Staatssammlung Miinchen (1939-1975), where he was also Director until his retirement.
