Type locality: São Cyriaco, Minas Gerais, Brazil (actually a Gold Mining Company)

TypesSyntypes: MCZ 5126, a 169 mm female, MCZ 19585 (formerly CU), a 185–187 mm female, FMNH 73387 (formerly CU & MCZ 18138), a 170 mm specimen (J.G. Branner, 1878–1879).
