Diagnosis | Diagnosis: (1) size large (TOL 1410 mm); (2) loreal not entering eye; (3) 8 supralabials, the third to fifth entering eye; ( 4) supraocular shorter than frontal; ( 5) dorsal scale rows 17-17-15; ( 6) cloacal plate divided; loreal single; (7) 233 ventrals in female; (8) 84 pairs of subcaudals in female; (9) 12 maxillary teeth, formula 8-2-2; (10) dorsal side black, with yellow stripes on dorsal head, 90 narrow yellow bands on dorsal body, irregular yellow transverse bands or stripes on dorsal tail; and (11) ventral sides of head and body yellow, with black spots on the posterior part (Jiang et al. 2020: 691) |
