Type locality: northern side of Husab Mountain, Namib Park, Swakopmund Dist., S.W.A., Namibia, 22° 40’ S, 15° 08’ E, 750 m elevation.

TypesHolotype: NMNW (SMWN 4424 (= State Museum Windhoek, Namibia), adult male. Paratypes: SMWN, same locality, PEM R16099 (formerly SMWN 5311), ZFMK 
Diagnosis 
CommentSimilar species: P. undata inornata. 
EtymologyNamed after the type locality.
