Type locality: St.-Domingue; restricted by Schwartz, 1966b, to the Plaine de Cul de Sac in the vicinity of Port-au-Prince, Département de l'Ouest, Haiti.

beatensis: Isla Beata. Type locality: Isla Beata, Republica Dominicana

meracula: Valle de Cibao in northwestern República Dominicana; Isla Cabras. Type locality: Monte Cristi, Monte Cristi Province, Republica Dominicana.
