Diagnosis 
CommentLimb morphology: Has only flap-like, styliform hind limbs but no forelimbs.

Only known from a single specimen. 
EtymologyNamed after Angeluc and Angelien Razafimanantsoa, twin borthers and self-taught experts in Madagascan fauna.
