Diagnosis | Diagnosis: 17-21 scales across abdomen; nasal shields noticeably swollen; a row of enlarged scales on lower surface of thigh; 5-6 distinct pores; tail slightly longer than body. Snout-vent length 52-60 mm. (Szczerbak and Golubev, 1986:215; 1996:210, Anderson 1999: 180).
