Diagnosis 
CommentMay have been erroneously reported from Cuba. 
EtymologyNamed after Latin scapularis, scapular, short cloak, covering for shoulders. [“...a dark band across the scapular region...”]. (from Esteban Lavilla, pers. comm., May 2024)
