Comment | The status of this taxon is not clear. It seems to differ from T. quinquetaeniata only by the colour of the throat of adult males (white or unpatterned for langheldi vs blackish for quinquetaeniata in West Africa) but since throat color is quite a variable trait, langheldi could be a color morph of quinquetaeniata (JF Trape, pers. comm., 30 April 2019). |
