Synonymy: after IDIIATULLINA et al. 2024. 
EtymologyNamed after Latin “cyaneus,” derived from a latizined form of the classical greek adjective κυανος (kyanos), meaning “dark blue” or “deep blue,” and of the latin noun “labrum” (-i), the lip. this specific name means “deep blue-lipped,” and refers to the distinctive blue color found on the throat, chin, and infralabials of the new species.
