Diagnosis | Diagnosis: A large subspecies of T. lineata Peters, distinguishable from all others by its broad vertebral stripe. Further differing from T. l. centralis Sternfeld in its stouter habit, thicker neck and more strongly developed colour pattern (especially on head).
